Lead by Congresswoman Eddie B. Johnson, the overall goal is to expand the opportunities made available to people of color in STEM professions. “I am excited about all of the work being done at our agencies, in the private sector, at advocacy groups, and in schools to help further the goal of more diversity in STEM.” -Congresswoman Eddie B. Smithsonian Magazine Day at The Health Museum
Sum and Substance in 7-minutes
Hosted by the TMC Innovations Institute, Sum and Substance is going forth and doing a good work by empowering greatness, by sharing the stories of great people who have trailblazed to inspire purpose and meaning in the workplace. These stories tell what it means to buck the trends, listen to your gut, fail gloriously, work hard, and find opportunities in inopportune times. Every story is different, and every story offers a challenge. These challenges will propel you as you go forth and do good work.
